Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The offer is available for new contracts signed with Kallos Building Group for projects valued at $15,000 (net) or more.

• The project must be under contract and signed by the client before July 1st, 2025.

• The cashback is 3% of the net contract value, up to a maximum cashback of $3,000.

• Net value refers to the final agreed-upon amount of the contract after all discounts, taxes, and fees have been excluded.

2. Cashback Timing:

• Cashback will be provided after the final payment has been received, following the completion of the project.

• The cashback will be issued to the client in the form of a cheque or direct bank transfer, at Kallos Building Group’s discretion.

3. Referral Exclusion:

• This offer cannot be combined with any referral incentives or discounts.

• If the client is referred to Kallos Building Group by a third party, this offer will be null and void.

4. Offer Restrictions:

• This offer applies only to projects where the final contract value is $15,000 (net) or more. Projects below this threshold do not qualify for the cashback.

• The offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for any other services.

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers from Kallos Building Group.

5. Agreement and Acceptance:

• By signing the contract for the project, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

• Kallos Building Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without notice.

6. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of any disputes related to this offer or the cashback, both parties agree to seek resolution through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Kallos Building Group is not responsible for any issues, delays, or other unforeseen events that may impact the completion of the project or the cashback offer.

8. Governing Law:

• This offer and the associated contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

By signing the contract, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
