Terms and Conditions

The Kallos Building Group Referral Program (“Program”) is designed to reward individuals who refer clients to us. By participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions

Eligibility:

1. The Program is open to individuals who refer potential clients to Kallos Building Group.

2. Referrals must be individuals or businesses who have not previously engaged with Kallos Building Group for the services you are referring them for.

Referral Fee:

1. Referral Fee: A 3% referral fee will be paid on the total value of all completed projects that are $15,000 net or more.

2. The maximum referral fee payable is $3,000 per successful referral.

3. The referral fee will be paid after the project is completed and the final payment has been received.

4. The referral fee is paid directly to the individual who made the referral (the “Referrer”) and is non-transferable.

5. The referral fee is only valid on projects that meet the minimum value of $15,000 net (excluding taxes) and are completed by Kallos Building Group.

Referral Program Limitations:

1. This Program cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers from Kallos Building Group.

2. The contract must be signed by the client on or before December 31st, 2025 for the referral fee to apply.

3. Referrals must be submitted prior to the signing of the contract by the referred client, and no referral fees will be paid if the client has already been in contact with Kallos Building Group.

4. Kallos Building Group reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that do not meet the eligibility requirements or if the referred client does not complete the project.

General Terms:

1. Payment: Referral fees will be processed and paid after the completion of the project and receipt of full payment from the referred client.

2. Limitations: Kallos Building Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

3. No Substitution: Referral fees are non-transferable and may not be substituted for other forms of compensation.

4. Taxes: The Referrer is responsible for any taxes, if applicable, on the referral fees earned through this program.

5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any project details and client information unless otherwise specified in writing by Kallos Building Group.

Liability and Indemnification:

1. Kallos Building Group is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may arise out of participation in the Referral Program.

2. The Referrer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kallos Building Group, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims or disputes arising out of this program, including but not limited to, disputes regarding the referral fee or the services rendered.

Agreement and Acceptance:

By participating in the Kallos Building Group Referral Program, the Referrer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Kallos Building Group reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
